Barney is an economic development consultant working in Regeneris Consulting’s London office.

He has expertise in place based economic strategy, economic & social impact assessment, evidence collection & evaluation, bid development, project appraisal and business case development.

He has a particular interest in London’s places, communities and local economies and has experience working for a range of clients across the city including the GLA, TfL, London Borough’s, developers, and community organisations.

In recent years, he has managed multi-disciplinary teams on a diverse range of projects including the Visioning West Norwood and Tulse Hill programme, the Tower Hamlets SME Workspace Study, the Brixton Economic Action Plan and the Brighton & Hove Economic Strategy. He has also played a lead role on many of our recent social impact studies. Recent projects include the Social and Economic Story of King’s Cross, the Pop Brixton Evaluation, and the Camden Highline Benefits Assessment.

Away from work, Barney enjoys running and walking in the Lakeland fells.
