Appraising proposals and advising clients on whether to invest.

We undertake economic appraisals for central government departments, devolved administrations, local & combined authorities, local enterprise partnerships and investment funds.

We draw on HM Treasury Green Book requirements to advise funders on whether a project is worthy of their investment. All our staff are well trained to probe on project risks and test the robustness of applicant assumptions. We work constructively with applicants to strengthen their proposition whilst retaining our independence and objectivity as appraisers.

Regeneris is retained by clients like the Homes and Communities Agency, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, D2N2 LEP and the Greater Manchester Growth Company to appraise their investment pipelines.
