Regeneris merges with global partner

The Regeneris Directors are excited to announce that Regeneris has joined the Hatch group of companies. Hatch is a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary business with a global reach, combining vast engineering and business knowledge.

Quantitative economic analysis will continue to be at the heart of everything we do – setting economic visions, quantifying benefits and unlocking investment. We will be fusing these skills with the development strategy, engineering, implementation and programme management expertise of Hatch. In doing so, we will be able to provide our clients with a new enhanced and integrated service from concept to completion.

Our collaboration is underpinned by a strong alignment in our values and outlook. Hatch is also an employee-owned business and we will continue to be independent and self-directed, providing the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We will continue to work extensively for our UK-based clients, and provide a strengthened market offer by drawing on the skills and expertise across Hatch’s global platform. Hatch’s business model will also provide global exposure and numerous opportunities for our team to progress through the next phases of their careers.

Our leadership model will be largely unchanged; Darren Wisher will continue to lead the business as Managing Director. He will report into Bob Pell in New York, Global Managing Director of Hatchs’s Urban Solutions division.

We have already connected with a host of very talented technical experts within Hatch and are eager to bring our enhanced service offer forward. This is big step forward for Regeneris, and we are very excited for the future. We will be in touch with clients and collaborators in the coming weeks to outline in more detail our newly expanded suite of capabilities.
