Regeneris Assessing the Economic Impact of Major Events in London

Regeneris has been appointed by London & Partners to assess the economic impact of major events for the London economy.

London and Partners is the official promotional company for London, promoting London and aiming to attract businesses, events, congresses, students and visitors to the capital. The organisation aims to build London’s international reputation and attract investment to the city.

Major events are those that attract significant international visitors and raise the profile of London. We are working closely with London and Partners to develop an economic impact model drawing on a wide range of data from various sources. The data will be used to model the impacts arising from visitors to these events, and from the event organisers.

We will also look at the impact of major events held in London as result of the 2012 Olympics. Regeneris are specialists in economic impact modelling.
