Before joining Hatch Regeneris as a Consultant in 2018, Will worked for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority on a range of economic development programmes.

At the Combined Authority, Will worked on several high-profile skills devolution projects. Will led the Combined Authority’s resourcing of the devolution of the Adult Education Budget and helped to develop a skills strategy for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. He also led the Combined Authority’s rural strategy which helped to establish the Authority’s vision for its rural communities.

Since joining Hatch Regeneris, Will has worked with local partners in the Thames Estuary to develop a bid to the Cultural Development Fund. He has also applied HM Treasury’s 5 Case Model to appraise development opportunities at and around railway stations.  Most recently, Will has worked on a demand study for a multi-user business hub for the renewable energy sector in Great Yarmouth, a growth strategy in Lambeth and a Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy for TfL.

Away from the office, Will enjoys walking, rediscovering London, and being disappointed by Queens Park Rangers Football Club.
