Michael joined Regeneris in 2016 after completing his MSc in Economics at University College London and working at the Bank of England in both the Markets and Monetary Analysis directorates.

Since joining Regeneris, he has worked and led on several evaluation studies most prominently Hull City of Cuture 2017 and a range of ERDF Summative Assessments. Michael is currently working on the National 2014-20 ERDF Evaluation and Renewable Heat Incentive. He is one of 50 mentees in the global EvalYouth Initiative which aims to promote the next generation of evaluators worldwide

Michael has strong experience in business case work and is well acquainted in implementing the Green Book’s Five Case Model and WebTAG. Most recently, he project managed the Strategic Outline Business Case for an Energy Investment Company as part of the Borderland Growth Deal and has appraised full business cases submissions for a range of LEPs.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys badminton, cycling and going to the gym. When he is not trying to conquer London’s never-ending list of restaurants, which only continues to grow, he also likes to cook.
